Singapore's Ringstar Boxing Signs Pinoy Fighter Michael Dasmarinas

RingStar Boxing, a Singapore-based sports management and boxing promotions outfit, has just signed Filipino boxer Michael “Hot & Spicy” Dasmarinas.

The 25-year old Dasmarinas is a native of Camarinas Sur, and has a current record of 25-2, with 16 of the 27 wins won via KO.
He is touted as the next Filipino fighter to watch out for in RingStar’s upcoming fight on October 20, at the Suntec City Convention Centre, ‘The Roar of Singapore III - The Chosen Wan’.
RingStar Boxing CEO Scott Farrell says, “We are very excited about signing Dasmarinas. RingStar has a plan to bring him to the top and turn him into a world champion, and make him an inspiration to his fellow countrymen in the Philippines. His career so far on paper makes him look like a good opponent for someone to beat for a major title; we at RingStar now want to guide him and his career, and take him to the top, as I see Dasmarinas as a world-class and a future division dominator.”
Dasmarinas will go up against a Thai contender with a record of 12-1, and after this bout, he is set for his first world title fight in China, in early 2018.

Sanctioned by the International Boxing Organization (IBO), The Roar of
Singapore III will take place on Friday, 20th October, 2017 at the Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre.

Tickets are available at www.sistic.com.sg.
